The Ship in Lynnfield

We started our day checking out the shops in Salem. Docked along the wharf is the Friendship. Next, we looked in a few antique shops in Beverly. We ended up at Northshore Mall and enjoyed a (very hot) Wasabi chicken wrap for lunch and a little shopping. Later, we eat dinner at the Ship in Lynnfield.  this trip is all about ships, it seems!

We found a very cool antique store and found a few treasures to bring home. Some of these buildings were from the late 1800's.

We took a ride to Newburyport and walked around on this warm and windy day. We had lunch at the Purple Onion...fantastic spinach salad...chock full of goodies.  After that, we ventured down to Haverhill and did some antiquing. Then, back again to the 99 for dinner.

THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS ROAD TRIP

Some times life presents twists and turns and this is a time to get on the road in search of a little fun. Boy, it was a loooonnnggg winter, looking forward to this road trip around New England.
