 HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!  From Denise, Matt and Matty in PA...isn't the Easter Bunny the best?    Up in VT Sandi and Don will be having an Easter egg hunt for our grandkids and Grandma is making lasagna. Hope you can all enjoy a nice day with family.

we decided to take a ride down to one of our childhood beaches named Hosea's.  well, it was still there, but the restaurant changed hands, had a complete renovation and was now called Lucky Dawgs.  here we enjoyed a delicious seafood lunch and talked with people about our Hosea memories  : )

SHOPPING...WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS

luckily, we came upon Derby St shops which helped top off the day.  What a pretty place...although not many bargains here.  A stop at Panera for sandwiches and back to the hotel to rest!!

BIRTHDAY FUN

More celebrating at Table 24 with some family.  food delicious and they even gave me a birthday dessert for free....a huge, warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream melting on top...a definate splurge...that is what birthdays are for!

KOWLOONS

giant PuPu Platter with extra egg rolls.  Not much has changed at Kowloons and is that place a gold mine!  It seems to still be going as strong as it was back in the 70's.  Dinner was yummy and the company was even better as Boudy and Cindy joined us for a little birthday celebration.

BYE NANTASKET

the end of our stay at Nantasket Beach Resort.  It was well worth the trip.  Saying good bye to the ocean air and off to the Northshore.

THROUGH THE STREETS OF CHILDHOOD

One of the things we really wanted to do was to roller skate with our cousins again....but, that didn't quite work out.  we had a plan to skate at the Carousel in Whitman and this is where we ventured next.  however, upon arrival we discovered that we were a day late for public skate and had to message Lainie not to come down to meet us.  : (  the place did look like it would have been fun though....maybe another time!

off we went down the coastline through Cohasset and then to Scituate where we stopped in a little second hand shop.  Next, we drove to Pembroke and happened upon the Christmas Tree Shop! 

HULL, MA

we headed down to Nantasket ...formerly our Dad's home.  We have many fun  memories here as kids as we visited Paragon Park often.  The Park is long gone, but the Carousel remains and the beach is just as beautiful. We shared a Fisherman's Platter at Schooners...delish! 
The view from the room is amazing and the only thing that would make it nicer would be warmer weather...but, we can't complain.

MY SISTER IS HERE!!!

Can you believe we are getting ready for another road trip!  Denise drove up from PA today.  We got to see the planets out on the back deck tonight.  We have a clear view of Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and Mercury.

note-there will definately be singing and dancing!

WHY WE WANDER..

comes a time in life when the kids are successfully

 grown up and everyone starts wondering how that

all happened so quickly.  This seems like a great

time to go back and brush up on life topics with

your siblings.  What really makes this work so

well is that we all have less to do and more

pleasure time to fill.  So, let's wander....
